Are women and children no longer human? Why are their rights not being upheld? Great bloody shame on the Australian Human Rights Commission! Thank you, Edie. Solidarity xx

The AHRC has been captured by trans activists, like many other human rights organisations. If the system was working properly, the case would have been thrown out of court and the plaintiff charged with vexatious litigation.

The madness of it all is really quite breathtaking. Thank you for the update.

So in a case that has international repercussions the AHRC used a dodgy technical step to try and prevent the UN raconteur from providing a submission in the definition is woman. !!!!! How on earth is that even legal if the whole case revolves around the definition. The obvious point being that the AHRC are interpreting the SDA erroneously.

True to form. Strategic misinterpretations, loopholes, and massive censorship are the only ways that "trans" "rights" has ever made landfall anywhere.

In the UK, for instance, pretty much the entire "trans" legal edifice has been built on hundreds and hundreds of iterations of the same pair of intentional interpretations of the Equality Act 2010 (construing "sex" and/or "gender reassignment" as though either or both were meant to include self-identified woo-woo "gender identity").

This is nightmare material! It goes beyond the Handmaiden's Tale, 1984, and Brave New World! We are watching the construction of human rights and anti discrimination laws, to legalize a witch hunt against women, who's very existence is based on sex. What a time to be alive as a life long lesbian. Being erased in my 70s certainly feels like going back to square one, back to the last century. :((

I am aware of only two ways that a person can actually be misgendered. The first is to call a trans woman a woman. The second is to call a trans man a man. You can’t change your biological sex.

The irony that Sall Grover is fighting for her right to have a same-sex online space, away from men, while in the real world, a man is on the rampage seeking out only women to kill.
