After registering my objections to this legislation with my local member, I received a reply from the electorate officer stating that there is no evidence that trans people pose any increased threat to what he termed CIS women. I told him he was either ignorant of the facts or was wilfully disregarding them.
I then quoted a number of examples of what he said didn’t exist.
