In every country, we MUST advocate for the elimination of gender in law. The fallacy of this theory that people can change their sex, or that one can have a "gender" different from one's sex, is responsible for horrific abuses by the medical profession, the legal system and every sort of institution. The lie must be exposed. Words can change everything in society, and that's exactly how we got here. We need to undo it, all over the world.
It's a fuck you God ideology, pushed by the global parasitic class ,they whorship Satan, they invert the sex of their own children ,they are pedophiles, homosexuals, sadists, and psychopaths. They are trying to sexualize our children across the globe and trying to normalise what is not normal , they also hate women and whites , we must fight back. They put it in their Disney Movies, Media, Schools etc etc etc.
Yes, let’s start by a clear definition of sex in law. And add clear statements of protection from sex discrimination, including when sex segregated or single sex activities are allowed by law. TRAs say sex and gender identity are different, so they shouldn’t mind.
I think gender frameworks can’t analyze misogyny because they erase the victims (females) and the perps (males). We need terms like femicide and MVAWG.
I do agree with what you say about misogyny, and certainly if by gender you mean "gender identity". In passing, before the conceptual confusion brought in with the imposition of "gender identity", the idea of "gender" as a social structure of oppression, driven or suffused by stereotypes, ideology and power relations, was useful for understanding relations between men and women, women and women, men and men. There were even frameworks for "gender analysis" though misogyny did not feature--a real weakness. But if gender analysis frameworks did a better job of analyzing misogyny, would you still object to "gender", or is it too spoiled at this point for feminist analysis?
When I say gender I mean gender as in the cultural meanings that societies give to sex. When I say gender in law I mean the replacement of sex in law for gender. When I say gender identity I mean gender identity.
